Preparation (60 minutes):
Melt the butter on medium heat. When the butter has cooled down, add sugar, kefir, flour and soda. Knead the butter until it does not stick to your fingers. Cover the plate with parchment paper and level the dough.
Mix all ingredients of the filling thoroughly, cover the dough with the filling and sprinkle cinnamon.
Preheat the oven to 180C and put the pie to bake for approximately 40 minutes. Check for readiness with a wooden pick, if the dough does not stick, the pie is ready.
When the pie has cooled down, cut it and serve.
