250 g canned beans
70 g smoked ham
70 g green pepper
½ onion
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons breadcrumbs
Salt and black pepper to taste
Sprig of thyme for garnish
Drain the beans, place in a bowl. Add diced smoked ham, green pepper, and finely chopped onion. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, breadcrumbs, and spices. Stir. Decorate with a sprig of thyme.
