Slice of beef (around 100 g)
300 ml water
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
3 bay leaves
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 onion
1 chili pepper
1 teaspoon meat seasoning
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Pound the beef chunk from both sides and slice into thin 3-centimeter strips. Pan-sear the meat. Transfer to a saucepan, add water, and bring to a boil. Remove the foam. Add chopped onion, tomato sauce, sliced chili pepper, bay leaves and spices. Saute for an hour, stirring occasionally. Add water if necessary. After an hour of simmering, add the flour, sour cream, and saute for 10 more minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
