140 g flour
120 g butter
100 g semi-hard cheese
4 g salt
A pinch of Cayenne pepper

Combine soft butter, Cayenne pepper and salt in a medium sized bowl and beat with a mixer some. Add finicky grated semi-hard cheese and stir well. Add sifted flour and stir again. Knead until the consistency is uniform and refrigerate for 30 minutes,
Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Form 1.5-centimeter dough balls and then crescent shapes, Bake for 15 minutes at 180 C.
