Chicken filet salad

300 g chicken filet
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 lemon
2 handfuls of salad
100 g canned chickpeas
2 small cucumbers
50 g feta cheese
50 g olives
1 avocado
100 g cherry tomatoes
50 ml olive oil
juice of half a lemon
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
salt to taste
pepper to taste

In a bowl add sliced chicken filet, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, paprika powder, oregano, chopped onion, chopped garlic cloves, juice of one lemon. Stir and marinate for 15 minutes or overnight. Bake in an oiled pan for 7-9 minutes.
Prepare salad dressing - add olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper to taste and mix.
Prepare salad - in a bowl arrange salad, chickpeas, sliced cucumbers, olives, chicken, cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado, rushed feta cheese and salad dressing.
