500g chicken breast
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons dill and parsley
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 finely chopped onion
2 pinches salt
Pinch of black pepper
Oil for frying
Fry the onion in a skillet golden brown. Chop the chicken breast finely. Add the eggs, flour, greens, mayonnaise, fried onion, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Scoop into hot oil on a skillet and fry on medium heat around 3 minutes on each side.
