250 g chicken breast
80 g cashews
50 g honey
10 g lemon juice
5 g chicken spice mix
5 g olive oil
Chives for decor
Slice the chicken breast and place in a mixing bowl. Add the chicken spice mix, olive oil, lemon juice, and toss well. Fry the chicken in a skillet. When seared, add the cashews, honey, and continue frying until golden brown. Serve with boiled rice. Decorate with chives.
