Cinnamon strudel

Ingredients:

  • 500g ready-made yeast dough
  • 100g butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon

Melt the butter in a water bath. Mix cinnamon with sugar. Roll out the dough and cut in two parts. Spread the butter on one part and sprinkle the mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Cover with the other part of the dough, close the sides and make small cuts one after another. Spread the butter and sprinkle the mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Preheat the oven to 200C and put the strudel in. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, check for readiness.
