Classic curd pudding

Ingredients:

  • 600g curd
  • 150g sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 100g sour cream
  • 30g butter
  • 100g bread crumbs
  • Vanilla sugar, cinnamon, grated lemon zest
  • Dried fruits (optional)

Instructions:

Warm the butter to room temperature and mix with egg yolks, sugar and spices. Mix thoroughly until light yellow. Blend curd thoroughly and add to the mixed egg yolks. Mix egg whites separately. For a better result, eggs have to be straight from the fridge. Fold the mixed egg whites in the curd mass. Prepare a pan, coat with butter and toss bread crumbs. Put the dough in, toss over with bread crumbs and small pieces of butter. Preheat the oven to 180C and bake for approximately 45 minutes.

When the pie has cooled down, cut it and serve.
