Italian cold tomato soup

500–700ml tomato juice
2 large tomatoes (cored, diced)
1 long cucumber (diced)
1/2 yellow pepper (diced)
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2–3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Big dash of black pepper
Tabasco to taste

Mix the vegetables, garlic parsley, oil, salt, and pepper. Add tomato juice and stir. Add tabasco and lemon juice to taste. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
