300g Selga cookies, crumbled
1 can condensed milk
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
A handful of walnuts, roughly chopped
3 tablespoons dried cranberries, roughly chopped (optional)
A handful of marmalade candy, roughly chopped
Mix the nuts, cookies, marmalade and cranberries thoroughly.
In a separate dish, mix the condensed milk and cocoa powder. Add to the cookies and stir thoroughly. Wrap in cling film and form into a sausage shape. Seal and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
