Couscous salad

Ingredients:

  • 500g couscous
  • 500g fresh cherry tomatoes
  • 2 long cucumbers
  • 1 red paprika
  • 1 onion
  • 1 jar of sun-dried tomatoes (approximately 300g)
  • 2 packs of 200 feta cheese

Instructions:

Boil the couscous in line with instructions on the packaging. When the couscous has cooled down, add sliced cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, paprika and onion. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes in slices (the oil from the dried tomatoes is not used in this recipe). Mix thoroughly. Add cubed feta cheese and mix a little more.

This salad is taste as a main course and as a side for grilled meat.
