150 g cranberries
100 g sugar
Cranberries and peppermint leaves for decor
Boil cranberries in 1 l water until the berries dissolve. Drain, strain the cranberries through a sieve. Continue boiling the drained liquid, adding 100 g sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Cool. Serve with cranberries and peppermint leaves.
