500 g pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
500 g chopped tomatoes in their sauce
1 tablespoon tomato pasta
1 tablespoon italian herbs
salt to taste
pepper to taste
mozzarella balls
pine nuts
basilic
To make pasta - in a pot add water and when the water is boiling add salt to taste, pasta and boil for 5-6 minutes. Strain.
To make the sauce, add oil to a pan, chopped onion, chopped garlic cloves and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomatoes in their sauce, tomato pasta, saute for 10 minutes. Add italian herbs, salt, pepper and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Add pasta to the sauce and mix it in. Serve with mozzarella balls, pine nuts and basil.
