Crunchy zucchini sticks

1/2 zucchini or marrow
100 g breadcrumbs
100 g hard cheese
6 g turmeric
5 g vegetable spice mix
2 g curry powder
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary sprig for decor

Cut the zucchini into sticks and put them into a bowl. Add all the spices and carefully mix by hand. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs and finely grated cheese. In another dish, beat the eggs. Coat the sticks with breadcrumbs, then egg, then breadcrumbs again, and arrange on a baking tray. Bake at 200 C for 30 minutes. Decorate with rosemary sprig.
