200 g Greek yogurt
20 g cucumber
20 g olive oil
5 g white wine vinegar
3 g salt
3 g pepper
1 egg
1 garlic clove

“Jāņu” (caraway) cheese

For the sauce, combine the Greek yogurt, finely grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Cut the cheese into half-centimeter slices. Dip the cheese into egg wash and coat in breadcrumbs. Lightly fry on both sides. Decorate with chives when serving.
