110 g of flour
160 g of sugar
35 g of cocoa
½ teaspoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon soda
60 g of oil
120 g of buttermilk
120 g of hot water
150 g of heavy cream
200 g of dark chocolate
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients, except water.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet. Slowly add hot water and mix until combined.
Pour into a heart shaped pan and bake in a 180C preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes. Cool the biscuit.
Make chocolate cream. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and pour heated heavy cream over. Wait five minutes and then mix thoroughly. Cool in a refrigerator.
Mix until an airy mass forms.
Decorate cake with chocolate cream and berries.
