500 g fresh cucumbers
4 garlic cloves
8 black peppercorns
Dill stalks
Currant leaves
Cut the ends off the cucumbers and place into a large bowl. Add the garlic cloves, pepper, dill stalks and currant leaves. Submerge into 1 l water with 30 g salt and 3 g sugar dissolved into it. Stir by hand, Leave at room temperature for 12 hours. The cucumbers are now ready to eat or be stored in the fridge.
