Ingredients
300 g savory pie crust
110 g cream cheese
25 g sundried tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Cherry tomatoes
Basil for decor
Prepare the filling: combine the cream cheese with chopped sundried tomatoes.
Line small round baking pans, like muffin pans or ramekins, with pie crust. Fill them with the cream cheese filling and top with halves of 4 to 5 cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with pulled mozzarella, salt, and pepper. Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes. Decorate with basil.
