400 g plums
150 g oat flour
80 g butter
60 g brown sugar
35 g oat flakes
35 g sugar
Pinch of salt
Powdered sugar
Combine flour, salt, sugar, and oat flakes in a bowl. Add cubed chilled butter and knead into a crumble by hand. Arrange plum halves in a baking dish and sprinkle with brown sugar. Then cover with the prepared crumble and bake at 200 C for 25 minutes.
When the dessert is ready and cooler, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
