Quick chili pickles

500g small crunchy cucumbers
5 finely sliced garlic cloves
3 teaspoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 chopped chili pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon mustard seed relish
Handful of dill

Prepare a resealable bag. Clean the cucumbers, pat dry, place in the bag. Add the other ingredients. Mix thoroughly, seal the bag. Chill for at least 4 hours.
