2 salmon fillets
2 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon of thyme
½ teaspoon of oregano
salt to taste
pepper to taste
a handful of parsley
Cut the potatoes and carrots into heart shapes.
In a bowl, mix the chopped garlic cloves, melted butter, brown sugar, thyme, oregan, pepper and salt.
Put baking paper in a baking pan, arrange salmon and vegetables on top, add with green sauce.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with chopped parsley and lemon slices.
