Quick solyanka soup

100g smoked sausage, sliced
100g Bologna-type sausage, sliced
100g boiled beef, pulled
100g boiled chicken thighs, pulled
200g salted cucumbers
150ml cucumber brine
50–80g black olives
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
3 tablespoons tomato puree
2 slices lemon
1,5l vegetable or other stock
1 chopped onion
1 diced carrot
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped dill and parsley to serve
Oil for frying

Heat oil in a large pot. Fry onions and carrots until soft. Add the sausages and meats one by one. Fry for a few minutes. Add olives and cucumbers, stir in the tomato puree and paprika. Add the brine, stock (boiling), boil for 10 minutes. Add the lemon slices short before the soup, season to taste. Let it rest. Serve with greens and sour cream to taste.
