1 onion
1 carrot
2 celery sticks
2 tablespoons oil
1 garlic clove
1,5 litres vegetable stock
300 g potatoes
200 g frozen green peas
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
To prepare the soup in a pot add olive oil, chopped onion, sliced carrot, celery stick, chopped garlic clove and fry for two minutes.
Add cubed potatoes, vegetable stock and let boil for 10 minutes. Add frozen green peas and let boil for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with parmesan cheese.
