Warm the butter to room temperature, whisk with sugar, add vanilla sugar. Add 5 eggs one by one, whipping continuously. Whip until sugar has melted, add sifted flour and mix thoroughly. Form pretzels: make small ropes and create the form of pretzel. Put on a frying-pan covered with parchment paper and cover with whisked egg. Bake in oven preheated to 180C until ready, for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. When pretzels have cooled down, sprinkle over with sugar.
