Yogurt dessert

350 g strawberry yogurt
20 g gelatin
8 g vanilla sugar
Lime juice

In a small bowl, combine gelatin and cold water. Wait for the gelatin to rise, then dissolve it in a hot water bath. Add vanilla sugar, lime juice, and the dissolved gelatin to the yogurt. Stir carefully. Pour the mixture into ramekins. Refrigerate for 5 hours, remove from the ramekins and decorate with fresh berries.
