Zucchini fritters with yogurt-herb sauce

Fritters
250g coarsely grated zucchini
100g flour
2 beaten eggs
3 tablespoons grated hard cheese
2 tablespoons chopped chives
Salt, pepper
Oil for frying

Sauce
100g Greek yogurt
50g mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Minced garlic clove
Pinch of salt and pepper

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
Toss the zucchini with a pinch of salt, let stand for 10 minutes. Drain.
Mix the zucchini carefully with flour, eggs, cheese, chives, salt and pepper.
Fry in small batches in olive oil on medium-high heat, 3 to 5 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown. Serve with the sauce.
