Apple-lingonberry cake

120 g lingonberries
5 apples
3 eggs
2 glasses flour
1 glass sugar
1 glass kefir
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon vanilla sugar
Cinnamon
Butter
Powdered sugar

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar, add kefir, baking soda, and vanilla sugar. Add flour, slowly stirring. Dice two apples and add to the batter along with whole lingonberries. Grease a round baking pan with butter and dust with flour. Pour in the batter and decorate with apple slices. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 200 C for 45 minutes, check readiness with a stick. When ready, sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh lingonberries.
