Traditional cheese salad

200 g semi-hard cheese
2 carrots
2 eggs
2 pinches of salt
2 dashes of ground black pepper
1 garlic clove
Mayonnaise
Dill and rosemary sprig for decor

Boil eggs and carrots, cool. Grate the cheese and boiled carrots in a mixing bowl. Add finely chopped eggs and spices. Mince or finely grate the garlic. Add the mayonnaise and stir thoroughly. Decorate with finely chopped dill and a sprig of rosemary.
