Soft-baked chocolate chip cookies

270 g flour
160 g chocolate
100 g brown sugar
100 g white sugar
80 g melted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt

Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl. In a different bowl, combine the melted butter, brown and white sugar; add the egg, egg yolk, vanilla sugar, and stir. Add the dry ingredients and knead until the dough is the right consistency. Then, add the chocolate chips or crumbled chocolate and stir into the dough. Refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes. Form little balls and flatten them lightly on a baking sheet. Bake at  160 C for 13–15 minutes.
