Cold summer soup

1l buttermilk
5 radishes
1 long cucumber
1 chili pepper
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
Handful of salted, roasted nuts
Bunch of dill


Finely dice the cucumber and radishes. Chop the chili pepper finely and mince the garlic. Chop the dill and nuts coarsely. Set aside some dill and nuts for garnish. Mix, add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper, buttermilk. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with the leftover nuts and dill.
