Curd dessert with seasonal berries

250 g heavy cream
180 g cottage cheese
100 g blueberries
100 g blackcurrants
3 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of vanilla sugar
Berries
Greens (mint leaves or similar)

Blend the blueberries and blackcurrants in separate dishes. Beat the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla sugar. Fold the curd into the whipped cream until uniform.
Layer the berries and the curd cream in tall glasses. Decorate with berries and greens.
