Pork shashlik in tomato juice marinade
1 kg pork shoulder
2 onions
1 garlic clove
Thyme sprigs
8 g ground black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
0.5 l tomato juice
Cut up the pork shoulder in chunks. In a bowl, combine the meat, sliced onions, minced garlic, thyme, ground black pepper, lemon juice, and tomato juice. Toss, using your hands, for 5 minutes. Leave for 4 hours to marinate.
Pork shashlik in kefir marinade
1 kg pork shoulder
2 onions
25 g meat spice mix
0.5 l kefir
In a bowl, combine chunks of pork shoulder, sliced onions, meat spices, and kefir. Toss for 5 minutes, using your hands. Let stand for at least 4 hours.
Pork shashlik in water marinade
1 kg pork shoulder
2 onions
1 garlic clove
0.5 l mineral water
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons ground black pepper
Combine chunks of pork shoulder, sliced onions, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Toss for 5 minutes, using your hands. Let stand for at least 12 hours.
