Porcini mushrooms
1 l water
110 g sugar
30 g salt
10 g dill
9 tablespoons 9% vinegar
3 g cloves
1/2 bay leaf
1 garlic clove
Peppercorns

Boil, strain and rinse the mushrooms. Pour 1 liter of water in a pot, add the mushrooms, finely chopped garlic, salt, sugar, pepper, cloves, chopped dill, bay leaf, vinegar, and boil. Pour the mushrooms and marinade into a sterile jar and seal. Store in a cool place.
