1 l kefir
250 g pickled beets
2 potatoes
2 eggs
1 teaspoon horseradish
Pinch of salt
Dash of ground black pepper
Dill, chives, boiled egg for garnish
Boil the egg and potatoes, cool. Slice the potatoes in thin strips and place into a large bowl. Add finely chopped egg, beets, horseradish, salt, pepper, and kefir. Stir. Decorate with dill, chives, and boiled egg slices.
