Curd pancakes

550 g 9% curd (cottage cheese)
120 g sugar
100 g flour
4 eggs
10 g grated orange zest
Olive oil
Cherry preserves
Berries
Mint
Salt
Powdered sugar

Combine the curd and eggs in a bowl, mix until smooth. Add the flour, sugar, salt and orange zest, mix well. Fry in olive oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve with cherry preserves and powdered sugar, garnish with berries and mint leaves.
