3 boiling bags of rice
250 g surimi sticks
650 g fresh cucumber
250 g red pepper
120 g green pepper
150 g corn
420 g sour cream
100 g mayonnaise
3 pinches of salt
1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
Basil leaves
Boil the rice and let cool. Place the rice in a mixing bowl, add sliced surimi sticks, cucumber, red and green peppers, corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper, and stir.
Serve in a cocktail glass, decorating with a lemon wedge or herbs.
