Oatmeal cookies

Oatmeal cookies

200 g oats
140 g sugar
90 g butter
80 g flour
40 g flaxseed
3 eggs
½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt

Melt 20 g butter in a skillet, then add the oats. Toast lightly until brown. In a mixing bowl, combine 70 g melted butter, sugar, baking powder, and eggs. Beat until uniform, then add the oats, flaxseed, and a pinch of salt. Add the flour, stirring occasionally, until uniform.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and grease it with butter. Form cookies out of the dough. Bake at 180 C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
