2 chicken fillets (cut in bite-size pieces)
1 yellow pepper (in bite-size pieces)
1 blue onion (in pieces)
Marinade
100g soft butter
1 teaspoon soft honey
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Dash of pepper
Blue cheese sauce
100g soft, high-quality blue cheese
100g sour cream
50g mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Dip the wooden grill sticks in water.
Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Coat the chicken in marinade and let stand for 10 minutes.
Arrange the chicken, pepper, and onion on the sticks. Grill, turning from time to time, for 5–7 minutes on low heat. Rest for 5–7 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce. Enjoy the chicken and vegetables with the dip.
