2 servings:
110 g fava beans
90 g cauliflower
40 g yellow string beans
35 g green peas
45 g feta cheese
10 g olive oil
2 pinches salt
1 dash pepper
Thyme
Boil the fava beans in salted water until soft. Peel. Boil the cauliflower and yellow beans. Combine the fava beans, yellow beans, cauliflower, green peas, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl. Stir. Garnish with feta cheese and fresh thyme.
