Makes 40–50
300 g flour
150 g butter
80 g sugar
45 g sour cream
1 can boiled condensed milk
Put flour in a bowl and grate butter into it (do not knead). Add sugar and sour cream. Knead until the dough is uniform. Put the dough in nut-shaped moulds, forming halves. Bake at 180 C until golden brown. Remove from the moulds, fill with the condensed milk (around a teaspoon in each) and press the halves together.
