1 whole chicken
60 g honey
50 g mustard
12 g chicken spice mix
Potatoes
Olive oil
Potato spice mix
Thyme sprigs
Rosemary sprig
Mix the mustard, honey, and chicken spice mix. Roughly chop the potatoes. Place the chicken in a baking dish and baste with the sauce. Brush it thoroughly. Arrange potatoes around the chicken, add olive oil and potato spice mix to taste. Top the potatoes with thyme sprigs. Bake at 180 C for 90 minutes, basting occasionally with the pan gravy. Decorate with rosemary and thyme.
