No-yeast puff pastry
150 g cream cheese with herbs
30 g onion
30 g green onions or chives
12 spears of asparagus
4 slices of ham
Grated cheese
Boil the asparagus for five minutes. In the meantime, chop the onion and chives. Mix in the cream cheese. Cut the puff pastry into even, narrow triangles, and spoon the cream cheese with onions on the wider side of the triangle.
Wrap the asparagus in groups of three in the slices of ham, place on top of the cream cheese, and roll the puff pastry. Grease the parchment paper with olive oil. Put the rolls in the pan and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 C.
