Warm chicken salad with pumpkin and beets

150 g chicken breast
15 g chicken spice mix
8 g lemon juice
50 g pumpkin
40 g boiled beets
Cherry tomatoes
Hard cheese
Dill
Lettuce

Slice the chicken and toss into a bowl with the spice mix and lemon juice. Toss and leave for 15 minutes. Dice the pumpkin and boiled beets. Line the baking dish with parchment paper, grease with olive oil and add the chicken, beets, pumpkin, and cherry tomatoes. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 C. Serve on a bed of lettuce, sprinkled with grated cheese and dill.
